Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a guide for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. No questions asked, no conditions beyond the time window.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or reply to your Paddle order receipt email. Paddle handles the return and returns your money to the original payment method.

When a refund is completed, your access to the refunded guide is revoked automatically: it disappears from your account library and its download links stop working.

If something is wrong with your order — a failed download, a duplicate charge — contact Paddle through paddle.net first, as they handle all payment support for our store as Merchant of Record.
